The problems can be difficult and very varied. It really depends on the person who is in charge, and whether they have the elderly persons needs on their mind, or their own needs. If their heart isn't in taking care of the elderly, you have a major issue.

Lot of problem a person will have to face while caring a old lady/man. we should treat them as a child and will have to provide whatever they want to have.and we can not shout on them whatever they do

Taking care of an elderly is very challenging especially if they're starting to show sings of Dementia or Alzheimer's. You need to be very patient, emotionally ready and knowledgeable about caregiving because there are seniors who can't admit that they need long term care. Seniors need custodial care or in other words help in carrying out their daily living activities. Also, some need serious medical attention. They can receive long term care at home or their relatives can bring them to facilities.
