Yoga is best and healthy exercise. It makes brain fresh. We can reduce stress easily with yoga. I also do it daily and i suggest everyone to do it.

of course, yoga is important to brain health. And, it seems that yoga is one of the best exercises for both body fitness and brain fitness. Yoga is actually a system of exercise designed to improve both the body and the mind through a system of eight limbs.

Yoga is absolutely perfect exercise to keep body fit and healthy. There are numerous benefits to do yoga. Like :-
To keep stable autonomic nervous system equilibrium
Grip strength increases
Eye-hand coordination improves
Dexterity skills improve
Reaction time improves
Posture improves
and many more. It is good for everyone but it is too fruitful for elder persons as well as during pregnancy.

I do believe that yoga is an effective exercise for brain fitness. The mind perceptions involved during yoga, and unique type of feelings are very effective to get a powerful and healthy brain. Moreover these perceptions make the physical part of yoga more effective.
